The primary vibration on this toy was way too strong at its lowest setting, almost painfully so, at least with the toy in what seemed the more natural position. However, I tried rotating it, so it was hitting me from above, instead of below, and that helped a great deal, and actually worked fairly well.
It is still a bit awkward and clumsy, but it is perfectly functional, and a significantly different experience from the usual toy of this type.
